Q) Made an error when making my balloon, can the delivery name, address or message etc be changed ?

A) If your balloon has not be sent this will be no problem, Please contact us and we will make the amendments.

Q) If i change my mind can i cancel my order ?

A) As long as the balloon has not been sent we can cancel your order, we will charge you 15% administration charge to do so,contact one of our crewe members.

Q) How long will the balloons stay afloat ?

A) Your balloon should stay afloat usually for at least one week , often for a lot longer. Very warm rooms will make the balloons deflate at a faster rate

Q) How are the balloons inflated ?

A) Our balloons are inflated with helium. Helium is an inert gas. Belonging to group O, it is the second lightest element, only hydrogen being lighter. It is colourless, non-toxic, odourless and tasteless and does not burn. Although helium is not poisonous never inhale it.

Q) What time does my order have to be completed by to get next delivery ?

A) Your order should be placed by 3pm the day before you want the balloon deliverd.
