Delivery Info

When you order your balloon, once you have placed it into the basket you will be able to choose your delivery class.

We have 2 different delivery types please select the correct one to make sure that your gift arrives on time.

 

1ST CLASS

Your balloon will be sent by royal mail 1st class post and will be dispatched the day before delivery is requested. 1st class deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive on  a specific day. If your balloon is required on a specific day you should send your balloon by the special delivery option.

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY (9am/1pm Monday - Friday )

Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

This guarantees your balloon will  have a delivery time  before 1pm (Monday - Saturday)

For a extra £2.50 you balloon can be delivered on a Saturday.

A signature will be required from anyone at this address.

If no one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left and clear instructions of how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from.

 

In the event of a strike your balloons will be sent to you be an alternative courier services.

 

Orders placed with either delivery class will be assumed that they are for next day delivery. For orders to be delivered on a specific date please inform us in the special instructions text box on the delivery address page.
